Tag #94 Sunmer Carnival/Fun Fair/Amusement Park

Summer's the time when small towns hold their annual carnival (at least where I live), the fun fair rolls into town and at the seaside the amusement parks are packed. So this week hostess Anne and I would love to see tags that reflect that Summer fun. Here's Anne's vintage tag for inspiration:

    I will try to make a work for this meme.
    I didnt understand the rules untl now, it is complicated. but time will bring it. I think it is because of the different hosters.
